Overview

Gili Trawangan remains relatively untouched by time. Paradise amidst the tranquil turquoise waters of Lombok. Its pristine sandy beaches and ‘shanti’ atmosphere keep the holiday maker returning to this little gem. The island has no motor vehicles and to traverse the white sandy shores one has the option of bicycling or riding in a horse drawn carriage.

Gili Khumba Villas from the creators of Gili Eco Villas is influenced and touched by the spirit of our beloved India. Luxury villas of one or two bedrooms with kitchen, state of the art bathrooms, living area, fitted walk in robes, and Private swimming pools are all tastefully decorated.

Maximum number of guest per bedroom is 2 (two) adult and 1 (one) child under 12 yr/o Gili Khumba Villas – 12 villas, in the pristinely serene side of Gili Trawangan Island. It is only 15 minutes by bicycle or horse cart from the centre of the island where all the action is: restaurants and bars, activities and many other places of interest.

Services

Operation Manager
The Operation Manager and her staff are on duty daily to make sure that the property is well-maintained and the guest is well-serviced. She will be there at the check in and check out of the guest and reachable when needed.

Guest Relation Officer / Information Desk
Our Guest Service Officer is on duty daily to assist the guest in guest service matters. She is able to book you transport and activities such as massage, horse riding, horse cart tour around the island, diving, fishing trip, etc. The Guest Relation Officer will be there at the check in and check out of the guest.

Restaurant is open from 8.00am - 10.00am for breakfast, 12.00pm - 02.00pm for lunch, and 06.00pm - 10.00pm for dinner.

Housekeeping Staff
Housekeeping staff work normally from 07.00pm until 4.00pm.

Gardeners
The Gardeners work from 8.00am until 4.00pm. Their duties include cleaning the garden and swimming pool.

Security Guards
The Security Guard is on duty from 10.00pm until 7.00am.

Safe Deposit Box
Every villa is equipped with a safe deposit box. We strongly recommend to all guests to put valuable things in the safe deposit box. The villa holds no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to guest's valuables.

Laundry
The laundry bill can be settled after each delivery or be added to your bill. Please note that the villa takes no responsibility for any loss or damage.

We also try to limit our usage of detergent or any other chemical to preserve the environment. Therefore, we hope you understand that towels will be change every 2 days and bed sheets every 3 days.

Cancellations

  • Any cancellation less than 30 days coupled with cancellations after the guests arrival in our villas or no shows, is subject to complete forfeiture of deposit paid or 50% from the total rental.
  • Any cancellation less than 7 days during low season and 14 days during high season prior to arrival, as well as cancellation after the guest arrives in our villa or no show, is subject to complete forfeiture of deposit or 50% from total rental.
  • Any shortened of stay is subject to 50% from total shortened rental days.
  • A full payment that has been received is non refundable.
  • Please be informed that for payment with Credit Card there will be 3% bank charge on top of the total amount to be paid.
